Entjik S Djafar mempunyai pengalaman di dalam industri perbankan selama 27 tahun (Bank Niaga, Bank Jaya Internasional, Bank Artha Graha,BPPN Servicing Agent, Bank Bumiputra dan QNB) dan antusias dalam menantikan lingkungan kerja di mana kemampuan dan tanggung jawab individu dihargai, dieksplorasi dan diintegrasikan ke dalam sinergi dan kinerja seluruh grup.
Selain pengalaman di dalam industri perbankan, beliau juga mempunyai pengalaman dalam bidang Business Consulting lebih dari 8 tahun. Saat ini, beliau menjabat sebagai Ketua Umum AFPI (Asosiasi Fintech Pendanaan Bersama Indonesia) yang sebelumnya menjabat sebagai Ketua Bidang Pendidikan, Literasi dan Riset.
